Practice Locations
The selected provider may work at any of the following locations:
- Spartanburg: 180 N Dean St, Spartanburg, SC 29302
- Woodruff: 363 East Georgia Street, Woodruff, SC 29388
- Inman: 43 North Main Street, Inman, SC 29349
- Gaffney: 1506A N. Limestone Street, Gaffney, SC 29340
- Full-Time (3-4 days per week)
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No evening clinic responsibilities
- No weekend clinic requirements
- Shared on-call rotation with seven other Optometrists
- Office-based private practice
- One opening available
- Guaranteed annual salary of $120,000
- 17% of net production with uncapped earning potential
- Providers receive the greater of:
- $120,000 guaranteed salary, or
- 17% of net production
- Established patient base with strong production opportunities from day one
- Performance-based compensation reviews

- Treat patients ages 3 years and older
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Eligible for South Carolina state licensure
