Role Description This is a part-time (Monday and Wednesday), on-site Optometrist role located in Santa Ana, CA. The Optometrist will perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refractions, ocular health assessments, and contact lens fittings. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and managing common eye conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments, and providing clear patient education on eye health and vision care. The role involves documenting findings in patient records, collaborating with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow, and making referrals to ophthalmology or other specialists when needed. The Optometrist will also participate in maintaining clinical protocols, supporting practice growth, and contributing to a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution and current, unrestricted license to practice optometry in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
