Part‑Time Optometrist

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks a part‑time optometrist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic‑based environment in Stockton and Modesto, CA.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community‑based outpatient clinic model with full‑time on‑site staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team‑based care environment, and a value‑based model focused on seniors.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Schedule

• Typical hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Weekday availability
• No nights
