We are seeking a motivated and efficient optometrist who thrives in a high-performance, high-reward environment. The ideal candidate will confidently manage patients demonstrating strong diagnostic skills, time efficiency, and the ability to care for both routine and medical-pathology cases.
Responsibilities
- Refraction, slit lamp evaluation, and patient care.
- Work with a team of 2–3 technicians who manage front desk flow to in-lane assistance, pretesting, Optos imaging, and in-lane testing.
- Technicians prefill the cloud-based chart, set the phoropter, and draft the assessment and plan.
- Operate across three fully equipped lanes with an intuitive EHR system; optional scribe and refractionist support available.
