The organization offers advanced facilities: state‑of‑the‑art buildings, interdisciplinary teams, on‑site pharmacies, urgent care locations, and specialty partners.

• 3 urgent care locations
• Specialists in-house include: OBGYN, Sports Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics
• Specialty partners provide care on a 1-2 day per week basis: Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology
• Group has 30 clinic sites in Fresno and surrounding area, furthest one hour away
• Growing organization – opened 4 new sites in 2022; 3 in 2023; 3 in 2024 and more to come
• Accredited Family Medicine residency program, PA program, collaboration with Fresno State and Fresno Pacific Universities, CHSU and D.O. school rotations

Qualifications

• Optometrist passionate about community health and family medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay starts at $145,000 per year, exempt position
