Job Description

• Conduct routine, periodic, and emergency examinations using specialized diagnostic equipment.
• Act as a consultant to other professional and paraprofessional staff regarding eye pathology and evaluate medical records to determine corrective optometric treatment.

Requirements

• Resume
• Reference to record (RTR)
• Healthcare-professional level CPR certification
• Ohio License

Pay

$100 per hour.

Work Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (flexible scheduling); scheduled 1–2 times per month for approximately eight hours each day.
