Optometrist

Job Title: Licensed Optometrist – Phoenix, AZ (Medicare & VSP Provider Required)

Locations: Mesa/Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Type: Full-Time or part-time

Position Summary:
Riviera Opticare is seeking an experienced, licensed Optometrist to join our Phoenix-area practice. We're looking for a doctor who is already established as an active provider with Medicare and VSP, and who brings at least two years of clinical experience post-graduation. This is an excellent opportunity for an OD who wants to step into a practice with an existing patient base and insurance infrastructure already in place.

Requirements:

• Active, Unrestricted Arizona Optometry License.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a practicing OD.
• Currently credentialed and active as a Medicare provider.
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including refractive, medical, and diagnostic testing
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and diseases
• Prescribe corrective lenses and manage contact lens fittings
• Coordinate care with ophthalmology or other specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with insurance/billing documentation standards.
