Location: West Valley (Phoenix area)

Responsibilities

• Manage medical cases for ophthalmology patients.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑operative visits.
• Collaborate with MDs and ODs in a co‑management model.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Experience in medical co‑management with ophthalmology practice.
• Spanish speaking required.
