Great full‑time optometrist opportunity with an MD/OD practice in Palm Springs, CA.
Compensation: 15k sign‑on bonus, production bonus with upside potential up to $215k, full benefits package, 20 PTO days.
Role: Combination of primary care optometry (routine vision exams) and medical optometry (diagnosing and managing chronic disease, co‑managing surgical cases with ophthalmologists). Use the full scope of your license to provide outstanding patient care.
Practice: All offices have optical dispensaries. Group has its own ASC. Team includes MDs, ODs, ophthalmologists specialists in glaucoma, refractive, retina and advanced anterior segment cases.
Location: Palm Springs, CA – a desert resort city with mid‑century architecture, arts and culture, and recreational opportunities such as biking, golf, horseback riding, swimming, tennis. Adjacent to San Bernardino, Los Angeles, San Diego.
