Compensation & Benefits

• O.D. is bonused on everything: medical, testing, glasses, contacts.
• Competitive base pay plus bonus incentives – $140,000–$165,000+ potential.
• Outstanding equipment and facilities – beautiful remodel.
• Summer 2026 start date; 1 hour lunch; last patient at 4 pm.
• Full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule.
• W‑2 with benefits: contribution toward health insurance, license fees covered, malpractice coverage, $1,000 CE, 3 weeks PTO & holidays, 401(k) with 4% match.

Qualifications

O.D. licensed in GA. Excellent clinical and communication skills, thrives in a team environment.
