Optometrist - Full-Time - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Burnsville, NC- No Weekends-

Our Burnsville office and staff are committed to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each and every patient who comes through our doors. We are looking for a part-time or full-time Optometrist to join the practice and tend to our incredible community.

What You’ll Need

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
• Valid NC state license to practice optometry (or pending)
• A background in pediatrics is a plus but not required!

Exposure: You will gain exposure to a wide range of eye care and vision needs in our full-scope practice with an emphasis on medical optometry. Our doctors typically provide comprehensive eye exams, eye condition treatment, contact lenses, myopia control, eye disease management, eye emergencies, lasik & refractive surgery co-management, and low vision treatment.

Environment: Our new OD will always have a robust team supporting them every day. They will be working alongside another 2 ODs and support staff to allow them to focus their attention on the patient at hand. Likewise, they will have everything they need to be successful with our state-of-the-art technology, including:

• Optos
• OCT
• Topographer
• Electroretinography ERG
• VF
• Autorefractor

Schedule

We value work-life balance - which means our schedule has no weekends and no nights ! Our full-time doctors work M-F 7:45 AM -5 PM– there is also a 4-day workweek option available for full-time doctors!! We only schedule 20 to 25 patients per day so that our doctors can provide thorough care.
