150-230k pay, OD/MD practice, Scribe provided, not just refractions and comprehensive exams, Fresno, CA.

Location: Fresno/Madera/Clovis (CA)

COMPENSATION

• $150,000.00 – $230,000.00/year (base salary plus bonus, based on production).

• Health insurance, including health savings account, dental insurance, vision program, life insurance.

• Paid Time Off (PTO) at provider discretion, Paid Sick Leave (PSL).

• 401(k) with employer contribution, and retirement planning.

• Employee assistance program, malpractice insurance coverage.

Position: Full time and Part time (pay is open to negotiation for fill in or part time work)

Patient exams: Clinic is flexible to having you see whatever patient base you prefer. There is an opportunity to:

1. Co-manage with MD’s

2. Perform Medical Optometry (Manage diabetes, Glaucoma)

3. Perform Primary Care Optometry Exams and refractions

4. See Pediatric patients

5. Perform specialty lens exams

6. Manage Dry eye patients including with IPL

The clinic is open minded to your preferences.

Staff help: Technicians and scribes available based on patient’s seen

Education

• Doctor of Optometry from a credentialed institution.

License/Certification

• Optometry license (must have passed all optometrist state boards; required).
