Riverside Medical Group is actively seeking a Full‑Time Optometrist to join our growing team at Riverside Hampton Roads Eye Associates in Gloucester, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye examinations and visual assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and diseases, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and pediatric eye conditions.
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometry technicians, and order necessary diagnostic tests.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care, communicate treatment plans, and contribute to patient education and eye health promotion.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Current DEA License
- Commitment to high professional and clinical standards
