Valley State Prison, Chowchilla, CA, Madera County. Part‑time, 28 hours per week.

Compensation

Monthly part‑time salary range: $5,448.10 to $7,223.30.

Responsibilities

• Conduct examinations of the eye using observation and instruments to determine visual acuity and perception, focus, and coordination to diagnose diseases and other abnormalities for the patient.
• Maintain order and supervise the conduct of inmates, protecting and maintaining the safety of persons and property.
• Work under the general direction of the Receiver’s Medical Executive.
