Performing eye exams, including dilated checks of the back of the eye; and complete accurate manifest refractions to determine glasses prescriptions
Perform cycloplegic refractions to assess vision without accommodative influence.
Evaluate patients for refractive surgery candidacy with clear and thorough assessments.
Removes ocular foreign bodies and manages anterior segment trauma.
Comanages complex cases with ophthalmologists and refers patients appropriately.
Delivers educational sessions to enhance staff proficiency and clinic efficiency.
