Optometrist: $150k Base + Relocation & Sign-On

Eye To Eye Careers seeks an Optometrist for a Rice Lake, WI practice. This full-time role offers a $150,000 base salary with bonuses, a new-grad incentive, and a $10,000 relocation allowance. You will perform primary eye care with medical billing and set your patient schedule in 15–30 minute slots.

Open to new graduates or experienced ODs; malpractice, medical and life insurance, and CE reimbursement provided; PTO/holidays are included. Licensure in the U.S. is required.
