Eye Associates of Lancaster is seeking a growth-minded ophthalmologist to join our team of four physicians (three cornea, one glaucoma) and two optometrists in central Pennsylvania. We offer high-volume surgical cases, efficient workflows, and a strong commitment to work‑life balance.

Anticipated 3–5 weeks of paid on-call responsibilities with potential ownership opportunities after 18–24 months; fellowship in cornea or glaucoma welcomed but not required; private practice setting in Lancaster.
