Job Description
Starling Physicians is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist, Glaucoma trained to join our expanding Ophthalmology department. The practice includes fellowship trained retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics specialists and offers comprehensive technology and support across New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ophthalmic care in a multidisciplinary setting with fellowship‑trained specialists.
- Utilize available technology and help acquire additional tools as needed.
- Practice at designated sites in New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
- Collaborate with coordinated resources and shared expertise to provide high‑quality care.

Qualifications
- Must obtain Connecticut licensure prior to starting practice.
- Board Certification or Eligibility and a valid DEA license required.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $400,000–$450,000 guarantee with upside potential. Generous sign‑on bonus.
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
