CompHealth is seeking an Ophthalmologist to join an established practice in Ellsworth, Maine. This role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call, allowing for a great work-life balance in a family-friendly community. The incoming physician will join two experienced ophthalmologists and benefit from a loyal referral network and advanced onsite equipment.
Practice Info
- Join 2 established ophthalmologists with a loyal referral network
- 10+ cataract cases per week with full premium IOL capability onsite
- Advanced equipment including Zeiss OCT, Argos biometer, ORA Wavetec, and iTrace
Responsibilities
- Perform cataract surgery, YAG, LPI, and SLT procedures
Compensation
- We help negotiate your salary and contract
Shift & Schedule
- Monday - Thursday schedule
- 8 am - 5 pm with no nights or weekends
- No call or emergency call requirements
Requirements
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma or Cornea preferred
- Board-certified or board-eligible required
