A physician-led medical group in California is adding a General Ophthalmologist to its collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting salary of $385,000 with steady annual increases; earnings may reach $480,000 over time
- Total Bonus Incentive near $500K: Sign-on of $220,000 & up to $250K for housing
- PSLF eligibility Loan Forgiveness
- Up to $250,000 in housing assistance with interest fully paid for 10 years
- Robust retirement: true pension plan covering up to 50% of income in retirement
- Employer contributions of roughly $26,000 per year and a 401(k) deferral plan

Practice Structure
- Balanced schedule: approximately 80% clinic and 20% OR
- General practice with cataract surgeries as the bread and butter

Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligibility for California medical license
