PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics
- Average Daily Volume / Census: 38–40 patients per day
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Ophthalmology including Cataract, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics, Medical Retina, Pediatric, and Cornea
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Specialty Backup: Established referral base from primary care network
- Support Staff: 2 Ophthalmologists, 2 Optometrists (including low vision specialist), dedicated technicians and scribes
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multispecialty group

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
- Board Requirements: BC/BE in Ophthalmology

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Board Status: BC/BE in Ophthalmology
- State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Additional Requirements: Interest in comprehensive ophthalmology practice
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmologic care across a broad range of conditions
- Perform surgical and non-surgical eye procedures
- Collaborate with optometrists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
