Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary - $350,000 Annually
- Bonus of 28% of Annual Personal Professional Net Collections over 3.0 X Base Salary

- Currently Expanding Locations and Physicians Throughout Mid‑Florida
- 3 Physician Owners, with Partnership Track for New Ophthalmologist Based on Existing Formula as Well as Personal Production, Time, and Owner’s Discretion
