Ascend Vision Partners is seeking an Ophthalmic Scribe to support our ophthalmologists and optometrists in delivering efficient, high-quality eye care. In this role, you will document patient encounters in real time, accurately capturing histories, exam findings, diagnostic results, and treatment plans within the EHR. You’ll work closely with physicians, technicians, and clinic staff to maintain smooth clinic flow, ensure thorough and compliant records, and support excellent patient experiences across a fast-growing, multi-practice environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
