- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referring offices.
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure patient needs are met promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries with empathy.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across ophthalmology sub-specialties.
- Update electronic health records accurately and handle complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior medical experience required; COA or CMA preferred.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Proficiency in call center software and EHR systems.
