If you possess the required skills and qualifications along with a passion for aerospace manufacturing, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Manage operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions for timely delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve operational issues.Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development.Ensure compliance with quality management systems like ISO and ASS100.Foster employee engagement, development, and recognition.Uphold company values and ethical standards as a role model.Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to senior management.Analyze production data, propose data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.Work with upper management to develop strategies for increasing capacity while maintaining qualityNote: Responsibilities may vary based on organizational needs.The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Person, which is defined as, a US citizen, a US permanent resident, or have protected status in the US under asylum or refugee status.The salary range for this position is ($83,000 - $110,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
