Staffworks Group is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Laborers to support production operations. This role involves hands-on manufacturing tasks, machine operation, quality checks, and general labor duties to support daily production goals. No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided.
Shift: 2nd Shift $18.00 per hour
Location: CMWA Facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and inspect automotive wheel components
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company work instructions
- Assist with material handling, basic assembly, and production line tasks
- Report any equipment issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors
- Maintain consistent attendance and meet daily production requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
