We offer a complete benefits package to include: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and profit-sharing, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Disability Pay, Life Insurance, Growth Opportunities and more!What you'll be contributing:Works as part of a team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the plant in order to maximize operational efficiency in an environment of continuous training and improvement; to inspect and troubleshoot the rotary dryer, ball mill system, material handling systems, auxiliary equipment, and bulk storage/shipping equipment.Will perform quality control sampling and testing, routine plant equipment inspections and repairs, preventative maintenance routines, and product shipping.Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.Ensure that all field equipment is operating properly; resolve and prevent field problems; perform inspections necessary to minimize downtime and optimize equipment operationsPerform daily inspections, quality testing, and provide documentation and reporting as required or as directed by plant managementProvide general cleanup services as needed in the plant as requiredStore, stock and handle all materialOperate mobile equipment and product shippingAccurately complete ASTM test procedures for finished cementitious productTroubleshoot potential concerns required to achieve and maintain maximum productivity.Report operational problems to Shift Lead for action and / or participate in corrective actions if appropriateKeep up-to-date on all standard operating procedural changes and be instrumental in developing new procedures as requiredAssist other departments as neededSafely operate mobile equipment as required to meet shift production targets and perform clean up necessary for an efficient operationGather and prepare samples and analyze results using, Mesh AnalyzersWork with little or no supervisionPerform any and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.Work any shifts, including weekends and paid holidays as schedules dictate and work a reasonable amount of overtimePerform necessary tasks to ensure good housekeeping for a safe and efficient operationThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed.
