Location: Sugar Land, TX What You'll Do
* Assemble and inspect small electronic components and circuit boards
* Work with microscopes, hand tools, and assembly equipment
* Perform basic soldering and quality inspections
* Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in a cleanroom environment
* Help produce technology used in today's growing data center industry
What We're Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to work with small parts and precision tools
* Reliable attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, electronics, retail, food service, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
