Express Employment Professionals is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals for Day/Night Shift Operator roles. If you have production experience and are looking for a full-time opportunity with a rotating schedule, this is a great opportunity to join a strong team environment.
What You'll Do
* Clean and maintain work areas
* Reel extruded products into rolls of specified lengths
* Package finished products and move them to staging for quality control
* Monitor production processes and report major changes to supervisors
* Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor
* Work closely with quality assurance, shipping, and production teams
* Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills
* Ability to operate and understand tools, machinery, and precision equipment
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
* Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001)
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Work Schedule
* 12-hour shifts (7:45 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Weekend work required
* Rotating schedule with alternating 3-day weekends off
Physical Requirements
* Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
* Strong manual dexterity and coordination
* Ability to work in varying positions and environments
Work Environment
* Moderate to high noise levels
* Exposure to production and manufacturing conditions
* Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Ability to work in varying weather or facility conditions
