Responsibilities- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, and devices
- Support Wi-Fi, network, and internet connectivity issues
- Help staff with software, logins, and day-to-day tech questions
- Install updates and keep equipment and systems running smoothly
- Track issues, document fixes, and work with vendors when needed
- Train team members on new tools and technology
- 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or tech experience preferred
- Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple requests
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- $17+ per hour
