Responsibilities- Set up and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, and mobile devices
- Support network, Wi-Fi, and internet connections
- Answer staff tech questions and solve issues quickly
- Keep software and equipment updated and working properly
- Log issues, track fixes, and work with vendors as needed
- Train staff on systems and new technology
- 1+ year of IT, help desk, or tech support experience preferred
- Comfortable with hardware, software, and basic networking
- Patient, friendly, and strong at explaining tech in simple terms
- Organized and dependable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- $17+ per hour
