We are currently hiring for Level 1.ResponsibilitiesProgram, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipmentExecute administrative and asset maintenance tasks across the factory, including equipment repair, calibration schedules, cycle counts, consumables stocking, and similarPerform material management tasks, including receipt, movement, and shippingMaintain a clean and organized production areaSafely handle chemicals and chemical processing equipmentHelp develop and optimize production processes and proceduresSupport safe operations, conformance to requirements, and on time delivery of hardwareAbide by all procedures and instructions with specific attention to correct use of PPE and awareness of potential hazardsMinimum QualificationsAttention to detail and safety focused mindsetStrong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, engineers, and leadershipPassion for manufacturing and willingness to learnPreferred Skills/ExperienceExperience working from controlled documentation such as procedures, drawings, etc.Proficiency with Windows and mobile platforms for task trackingExperience working in an industrial manufacturing company, a precision manufacturing company, or high-volume manufacturing companyDemonstrated experience operating and maintaining industrial equipmentExperience operating a pallet jack, forklift, and other related logistics equipmentAdditional RequirementsMust be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as neededStanding for long periods of time, climbing up and down stairs, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this positionMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassistedMust be able to climb ladders and stairsMust be willing to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and other related logistics equipmentSummary Pay RangePlease note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline.
