Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks an Operations Tech, Laser Mark to support precision marking of orthopedic implants and instruments in our Kalamazoo facility. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor laser marking equipment to produce accurate, compliant, and durable markings on complex components. You will read and follow drawings, travelers, and work instructions, perform in-process inspection with microscopes and gauges, and document all work per ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
Working in an engineering-driven, quality-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure every part meets strict patient-focused standards.
