To support a growing Strat Ops team, the contract Operations Systems Analyst will evaluate AI model options, build cost models, and manage smaller operational vendor projects, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Evaluate AI model options and create a structured framework for assessing cost, capability, and security tradeoffs Build and maintain cost models comparing API-based pricing against flat subscription alternatives for AI users Support smaller-scope vendor evaluation projects, focusing on SMS and messaging vendors' compliance and pricing structures Required qualifications Experience evaluating software vendors, particularly in AI or communications/messaging platforms Comfort in building cost models and structured vendor comparison frameworks Able to work independently with senior stakeholders across technical and operations teams Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred Familiarity with SMS or messaging compliance is a plus but not required
