Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Support Specialist will triage network security issues, provide timely support for lower-tier incidents, and troubleshoot customer problems related to network monitoring services and cybersecurity products. Key responsibilities Triage issues related to network security device monitoring and provide timely responses Act as a liaison between third-party vendors and customers to troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate device maintenance Assist internal teams in replicating issues, testing fixes, and quality assurance of new products Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years' experience as a Security or Network Administrator, or equivalent knowledge Working knowledge of various security methodologies and technical security solutions Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network analysis applications Experience troubleshooting applications in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
