You will be key in helping defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States!Duties and ResponsibilitiesDue Date Change ProcessingPrivacy Update ProcessingTransfer of Lease (Lease Assumption) ProcessingCheck Request Processing and mailingFacilitate the mailing of customer letters and required attachments/inserts.Providing updates to customer contracts via demographic changes including, but not limited to, home address, phone number, and Social Security number changesPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsAvailable to work Monday -Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EasternHigh School diploma or GEDMinimum one (1) year experience, specifically performing data entryIntermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Demonstrated ability to take independent initiativeComfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detailAbility to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply our workplace values.Affirmative Action/EEO statement: defi SOLUTIONS is an Equal Opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
