This operations position is responsible for the after-hours operational management of Ryan Transportation loads including tracking and tracing, internal and external communications, status updates, and other customer service duties to ensure the highest level of customer and carrier satisfaction. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a critical thinker, and problem solver with a high level of attention to detail.What You'll DoManage and respond to inbound calls and emails in all aspects of customer serviceConduct routine follow-up calls as directed by Carrier Sales and Account Management representativesMaintain records through timely and accurate system updatesProvide timely and efficient updates to Account Managers as new information arisesUtilize active listening skills to gather necessary details and anticipate potential issuesCoordinate logistics activity including issue resolution, communication between carrier operations, customer operations, and salesTrack and trace orders for each load in our system and complete all load-related paperworkShifts can be customized, but must be able to work the following schedule requirements:3 weekday shifts from the hours of 3:00PM-12:00AM and 2 weekend shifts from 8:00AM-5:00PMOther duties as assignedWhat You'll BringDemonstrated success in a proactive operations and customer service environmentDemonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to meet customer needs and communicate resultsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsDetail orientated with analytical and technical skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data entryDemonstrated ability to meet deadlinesApply Today!
