Operations SupervisorThe Operations Supervisor at The Dome by Rutter Mills plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily venue operations, changeovers, and general building maintenance. You'll work closely with the Ops Manager to ensure smooth day-of-show operations, addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high service standards.What This Role Will Do:Works directly with the Ops Manager to perform day of show duties and helps implement process improvements and operational strategiesOversee venue operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and adherence to venue policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections of venue spaces to ensure cleanliness, property maintenance, organization, and readiness for events and daily operationsOversee regular preventive and general maintenance around the site including painting, cleaning, and misc. projectsMonitor and address operational challenges in real time, proactively identifying and resolving issuesMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encounteredPerform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policyKeep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team membersCommunicate to M.O.D. any issues that guests or team members may haveWork with the M.O.D. to resolve any and all guest issues- consults or involves management if the situation escalatesServe as a key point of contact between venue staff, guests, and senior management, facilitating clear and effective communicationEnsure that all staff members adhere to company policies, SOPs, guest service standards, and safety regulationsTrain and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellenceRequired to work all changeovers that are scheduled throughout the venuePossess a problem-solving and growth mindsetWilling to help in any department wherever is neededOther related duties as assigned by managementWhat This Person Will Bring:Required:Working knowledge of high-volume venue operations and guest relationsStrong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions and effectively diffuse problematic situationsSkills in guest relations/staff relations- Assessing and anticipating special needs of guestsPrioritization of duties and effective communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitudeCommunicate well with team members and managers and foster an atmosphere of unity and camaraderieCommitment to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational demands.
