This role will initially focus on launching and operationalizing the US facility, including inventory management, logistics, assembly operations, production readiness, facility setup, and team leadership.As the operation grows, the role will transition into leading day-to-day operational performance, ensuring efficient production, inventory control, product quality, and on-time delivery. The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in enabling business growth, improving customer responsiveness, and supporting the successful execution of Enatel's North American strategy.Responsibilities:Establish and lead US operational activities in alignment with global operational standardsSupport the launch and operational readiness of the US GSE facility, including workflows, tooling, equipment, inventory, and logistics processesDevelop and implement operational processes, systems, controls, and reporting mechanismsLead daily production and assembly activities to meet customer demand and delivery commitmentsManage inventory levels and coordinate with global supply chain teams to ensure material availabilitySupport forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control activitiesMonitor productivity, operational performance, and delivery outcomes while driving continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain operational policies, work instructions, and process documentationRecruit, onboard, coach, and develop production employees as the operation expandsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful operational executionSupport customer visits, audits, and operational reviews as requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and operational partnersProvide regular operational reporting and recommendations to senior leadershipComply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes, and proceduresContribute to a collaborative and team-oriented workplace.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred5+ years of operational leadership experience within manufacturing, assembly, industrial technology, electronics, or similar environmentsExperience establishing or scaling operational capability, including facility readiness, production setup, logistics processes, inventory controls, and team onboardingDemonstrated success leading production and operational teamsExperience managing inventory, production planning, and customer delivery performanceExperience working within a global or multi-site business environment preferredStrong understanding of production management, inventory management, and operational planningContinuous improvement and Lean manufacturing experienceStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools.Travel Must be comfortable with occasional travel within North America and internationally as required.Enatel/IDEAL Industries, Inc.
