Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team (4:30 PM – 5:30 AM). This is an on-site role where you'll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance.
You'll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, employee assistance program, short-term disability coverage, and long-term disability insurance. Also, voluntary income protection benefits such as supplemental life, accident as well as a 401(k) plan with company contributions is available.
