This position serves as a key operational leader responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting client relationships, developing personnel, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional security services across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for a security professional ready to advance into a high-impact leadership position with increased responsibility, autonomy, and growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Field Management DutiesOversee daily security operations across multiple client locationsConduct site inspections, quality assurance audits, and operational assessmentsEnsure compliance with post orders, company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standardsRespond to operational issues, emergencies, staffing shortages, and client concernsMonitor security personnel performance and implement corrective actions when necessaryMaintain operational readiness and ensure proper deployment of personnelLeadership & Staff Development DutiesLead, mentor, coach, and develop supervisors and security officersAssist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiativesConduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedbackPromote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and a culture of excellenceIdentify future leaders and support career development opportunitiesClient Relations DutiesBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with clientsServe as a point of contact for operational concerns and service requestsEnsure client expectations are consistently met or exceededConduct client follow-ups and site visits to maintain service qualityAssist in resolving complaints and implementing service improvementsReporting & Administrative DutiesPrepare incident reports, operational summaries, and performance documentationReview Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and ensure accuracy and completenessAssist management with scheduling, staffing coordination, and workforce planningTrack operational trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvementCommunicate critical updates and field intelligence to executive managementGeneral Security Personnel DutiesAct as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activityPerform thorough routine patrols of the assigned areaMonitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehiclesControl access points and maintain visitor/vendor logsObserve and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violationsPrepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentationCommunicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clientsRespond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbancesAssist in evacuations and emergency procedures as requiredCoordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as neededMaintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all timesMaintain authorized less-than-lethal equipment in compliance with company standardsProvide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for allAbility to drive a company patrol vehicle in a safe and defensive manner for driving positionsFollow post orders, site protocols, and all relevant company proceduresMinimum QualificationsMust be at least 26 years old for driving positionsMinimum 5 years of security supervisory, field operations, law enforcement, military, or leadership experienceAbility to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional client requirementsAbility to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positionsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsAbility to write clear and accurate reportsProficiency with report writing, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applicationsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as requiredComfortable working outdoors, including during varied weather conditionsMust have reliable transportationMust be dependable, committed to ethical conduct, and acts with integrityMust be able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressureMust maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standardsLicense &
