Kellanova is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Production & Operations in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met while optimizing schedules, materials, and staffing. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and resolve production issues.
You’ll coach and develop front-line employees, monitor KPIs, enforce food safety and compliance standards, and support capital or process improvement projects in a fast-paced, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
