Powered by AI technology and state-of-the-art dispatch centers, MMT is dedicated to delivering the best patient care 24/7/365.Join a growing, national company that supports recognized health system(s) and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.As a Operations Supervisor, you will:Manage day-to-day inventory and supply orderingSchedule preventive maintenance/vehicle repairs and liaise with the Fleet Manager to address vehicle issuesMaintain organized and current station files and manualsHandle scheduling, hiring, evaluation, management, and disciplinary actions concerning station employeesEnsure timely submission of timesheets and other payroll documentationLead, guide, and assist in training lower-level personnel and/or students as assignedAdminister basic life support treatment to patients within EMT scope of practicePerform CPR, administer oxygen, and provide glucose as necessarySafely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with relevant laws during patient transportationDeliver competent patient care in pre-hospital and inter-facility settingsDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of EMS procedures and apply them effectivelyMaintain professional interactions with healthcare personnel and patients, including those with disabilities or injuriesCollaborate effectively within a team environmentAccurately document required information in EMS charts, including PCRs, vehicle inspections, and inventory checksAssist other EMS providers in delivering careProvide verbal or written reports to higher healthcare facilitiesEnsure cleanliness of equipment and replace used or damaged suppliesAdhere to company and local agency policies, procedures, and protocols for emergency treatment and transportationAttend refresher programs and continuing education sessions as required by the medical directorMaintain a professional, courteous, and ethical demeanorRequirements for the position are:High School Diploma or GEDBasic Life Support certificationCPR & First Aid certificationCurrent state Paramedic CertificationValid driver's licenseActive Paramedic certification in the stateNational Registry Paramedic CertificationAbout Kearney, Nebraska Located in South Central Nebraska, Kearney is a vibrant community offering:A strong medical network with two hospitalsQuality education options, including public and private schools, a community college, and a four-year universityOutdoor recreation, including hiking and biking trails, hunting, fishing, and state parksCultural attractions, such as museums and a dedicated children's museumWe invite you to become part of our team in Kearney.
