Hourly Rate: $42.00/HourJob DutiesManage a team of 12–15 hourly employees.Learn and oversee the cracker-making process.Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) compliance.Drive key metrics on the production line and hold employees accountable for results.Supervise hourly employees and execute production plans for assigned areas/shifts.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Manage production operations, site security, customer service, cost, and labor relations.Maintain smooth day-to-day plant operations under a 2-2-3 shift schedule (Days/Nights).Qualifications Required3–5 years of prior manufacturing experience.High school diploma or GED.Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.Proven ability to effectively manage people.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.Must be able to work all shifts (Days: 5:45 AM–6:45 PM / Nights: 5:45 PM–6 AM) and every other weekend.Qualifications PreferredExperience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment.Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing.Strong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work evenings and weekends.Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution.
