This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement—ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 1–3 years.What You'll Do:As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in running safe, efficient daily operations:Lead and supervise drivers and crews in solid waste collection operationsOversee daily routing, staffing, and productivity; adjust in real time as neededChampion safety by setting goals, conducting audits, and ensuring compliancePerform field inspections to verify work quality and safety standardsHandle customer concerns and drive resolution with urgency and professionalismCoach, develop, and manage employee performanceSupport strategic planning through short- and long-term operational goalsEnsure compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory requirementsWhat You BringWillingness to relocate for career advancementBachelor's degree (strongly preferred)Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or related operationsCDL Class B (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel and business systems
