Now Hiring: Operations Supervisor — Night Shift

What You’ll Do

• Lead approximately 13–19 production employees and support team leaders during daily operations.
• Coordinate staffing, work assignments, equipment, and materials to meet production goals.
• Coach employees, develop team capabilities, and address performance and attendance concerns.
• Manage timecards, production reports, and shift communications.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, downtime, scrap, and delivery performance.
• Drive Lean initiatives, kaizen activities, and root cause analysis to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to resolve production issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements, PPE standards, and operating procedures.

What You Bring

• At least five years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
• A track record of coaching hourly employees and holding teams accountable.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methods.
• Strong communication, organization, and production reporting skills.
• Availability to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including scheduled weekends.
• Automotive, aerospace, metals, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• TPM, kaizen, 5S/6S, and continuous improvement experience highly valued.
• No degree required—relevant leadership experience will be considered.
