MV Transportation seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily transit operations within our passenger transportation services. In this role, you will supervise drivers and operations staff, coordinate routes and fleet availability, and ensure safe, on-time paratransit, fixed-route, and shuttle service. You will monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics while resolving service issues and supporting customer satisfaction.
Working closely with maintenance and dispatch, you will help drive continuous improvement and uphold MV’s culture of safety, respect, and community-focused service.
