Your leadership will shape efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the facility.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate, improve, and execute daily operations across the plantOversee production and quality control, including planning for maintenanceManage costs by monitoring equipment efficiency, waste, direct labor, and materialsReview performance metrics and recommend process improvements regularlyManage budgets to align with company goalsEnsure full compliance with sanitation, food safety, and regulatory requirementsConduct food safety audits and partner with ODA/USDA for third-party certificationsLead and supervise staff involved in production, QC, cost control, and labor planningRecruit, hire, develop, and retain top talentIdentify opportunities to introduce new products, processes, or servicesDrive operational excellence to support strong internal and external customer satisfaction
