Please review the job description below.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activitiesResearch and resolve routine internal/external and client requests for all ACH account requests and inquiriesSet up client profiles in the ACH Processing System and risk monitoring systemSet up ACH Blocks and Filters requestsCollaboration with internal business partners on ACH Issues as necessaryProvide direct phone and email support for ACH Operations, using effective communication skills to assist internal business partners, corporate clients, and other Financial InstitutionsWork closely with the ACH team members on projects, system issues, and trainingSupport the team in meeting daily deadlinesParticipate in miscellaneous projects as assigned by the ManagerAssist in the research and provide solutions to basic operational issuesProvide excellent client service either via email, phone and face to faceAble to work with the public in a pleasant, cheerful, diplomatic manner and project a professional image.Perform a variety of operational functions technical in natureApplies acquired job skills and policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks within the Electronic Payments team.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:High School Diploma or higherAbility to key Data Entry requiredHigh accuracy requiredStrong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasksPrior Financial Services, bank operations experience requiredACH experience preferredProficiency in MS Office, Outlook and basic to intermediate excel skillsAbility to learn and comprehend new system processesReliability, flexibility, professional etiquette and sound judgment are importantTeam PlayerAttention to detailOrganizedProblem Solve and basic analytical skillsAbility to work cooperativelyGood verbal/written communication skillsOur client is a leading Banking Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
