Leveraging technical expertise to troubleshoot hardware issues, the full-time Operations Specialist will manage key operating systems and provide backend support for JOLT EV charging stations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Triage and troubleshoot hardware issues with EV charging stations, managing maintenance activities and third-party contractors Serve as the escalation point for customer service support, efficiently resolving issues and addressing inquiries Refine operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance installation and user experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering field 1-3 years of experience with electrical or technical hardware systems Proven product support experience with remote troubleshooting; EV-specific knowledge is advantageous Working proficiency with AI tools for troubleshooting research and process improvements Ability to interpret technical O&M manuals and manage contractors efficiently
